Hangar 6 is available for immediate occupancy. This 13,000-sq.ft. building has recently undergone extensive upgrades totaling $500,000. This includes 3 new roofs, the entire building was insulated and re-sided, a new boiler system was installed, the offices were renovated, and both washrooms were completely re-fitted. Annual taxes are under $15,000.

The building is on fully-serviced land, which allows for easy expansion. It also has its own concrete aprons and airside access, as well as plenty of parking and street access. Fibre optic cabling has just been installed to this area.
